Today’s origami is a little teddy bear holding a heart.
As I folded this teddy, I couldn’t help but smile. There is something about a teddy bear that instantly brings comfort. It reminds us of childhood, of safe spaces, of being held without conditions.
This tiny paper teddy holds a bright red heart close to its chest. And that image felt meaningful. Love is not just about grand gestures or big words. Sometimes love is simply about holding something gently and protecting it.
A teddy bear doesn’t judge. It doesn’t demand perfection. It simply stays. And maybe that is what real love looks like — steady, soft, dependable.
When we love someone — a partner, a friend, family — we become a little like this teddy. We hold their heart carefully. We try not to drop it. We try not to crease it too harshly. Just like paper, hearts are strong but still need gentleness.
This origami reminded me that love should feel safe. Not dramatic. Not frightening. Not uncertain.
🧸❤️ The best love feels like a safe place to rest.
